1. Who this policy covers
This policy covers end users of the App. The App is only a client; your data is processed on our servers and by the service providers listed below.
2. Information we collect
We collect information only when we have a reason to — to provide the Service, to communicate with you, or to improve the Service.
Information you give us directly
- Account information: If you register with email and password, your name, email address, and password. Your password is not stored on your device; it is sent to our servers only with the sign-up/sign-in request and is kept in hashed (encrypted) form on the server.
- Sign in with Google or Apple: If you use these options, we receive the identity token (id-token) the provider issues and create your account from it.
- Content information: The question photos you upload and the question text you type to request a solution. This content is sent to our servers to generate your solution video.
Information we collect automatically
- Session and identity information: Your user ID and your session token. The session token is stored in a secure, hardware-backed area on your device (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore) and is deleted when you sign out.
- Device and notification information: A push notification token and your device name, so we can send functional notifications such as “your video is ready.”
- Language preference: Your device language is read to set the interface and video language; this preference stays on your device.
Content we generate
- The solution videos and their thumbnails we generate for you are stored so you can access them in your library.
Information we do not collect
